ADEO is the fitness buddy that continuously collects workout data utilizing embedded GPS technology and then audibly shares the results at intervals of your choice. This enables you to hear real-time workout progress reports without risk of injury or loss of focus.

MotionTrak
|

Once your workout is complete, statistics can be uploaded directly to a PC or Mac by plugging the Adeo into the computer’s USB port. MotionTrak software (included) allows you to compare current and past workouts, add workout-specific comments, graph performance results, track shoe/equipment mileage, and more. The software also is used to set preferences and upload voices.

You also receive free access to MotionTrak Online. A complete web based workout support system; MotionTrak Online includes mapping functionality, a training calendar, weather, community and much more.

Keep your MotionLingo Software & Firmware Up to Date
|

We’re constantly working to improve your workout experience. To insure peak performance from your MotionLingo products, it is very important to keep your MotionTrak software and ADEO firmware up to date.
To check for MotionTrak software updates:
- If You Have Already Installed MotionTrak
PC users - In the MotionTrak Menu bar select Help, About MotionTrak. Click on Check for Updates
MAC users – On the Main Page click Check for Updates
- If You Have Not Installed MotionTrak
Utilizing a high-speed internet connection click here
To check for ADEO firmware updates:
- Once you installed the latest software go to the settings tab in the Configure window to check for firmware updates.
